Ginger Slover is the new Customer Success representative at SiteCapture. In her role, Ginger is dedicated to working closely with customers, guiding them through both the onboarding process and their ongoing needs, such as customizing templates and refining workflows. With over a decade of experience in the solar industry, Ginger brings a wealth of knowledge from her work across solar EPC, finance, and general construction. Her passion for problem-solving and building strong customer relationships ensures that clients receive the support they need to succeed with SiteCapture’s innovative platform.
Q: Give us an introduction. Tell us a little about your position with SiteCapture. What will you be doing? What have you been doing so far?
A: I am the new Customer Success representative at SiteCapture. I’ll be getting involved with customers on a daily basis helping them with both onboarding and anything ongoing such as setting up custom templates and building out their SiteCapture workflows.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about your new position and joining the SiteCapture team?
A: I’m excited to build strong relationships with customers and provide the support they need to succeed. I enjoy helping find solutions and overcome challenges, and I look forward to being a trusted resource for their growth.
Q: Tell us a little about your background. What were you doing before SiteCapture?
A: Before joining SiteCapture, I spent over 10 years in the solar industry, working across various sectors, including solar EPC, solar finance, and general construction. My experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the industry and how to streamline operations in these areas.
Q: Regarding the solar industry, where do you see the industry trending?
A: The market opportunity in solar is massive, with 100 million homes suitable for solar and only 4 million currently equipped. With advancements in technology and improved energy storage solutions, I believe the solar industry will continue to grow and improve dramatically.
Q: Do you have a favorite SiteCapture feature yet? If so, which one and why
A: My favorite aspect is how we integrate with the apps and tools our customers are already using. This makes it easier to streamline their daily tasks and improve overall efficiency.
Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Any hobbies?
A: When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outdoors, soaking up nature—whether it’s hiking, being by the water, or just exploring new places. I love spending time with my kids, and if there’s an animal around, I’m instantly drawn in—I have a soft spot for creatures of all kinds.
Q: Do you have any exciting plans for the end of 2024 before the year wraps up?
A: I don’t have anything exciting planned but, I’m ready to make the most of whatever comes my way!
